- Michigan in-clinic fingerprinting appointments require a completed LiveScan form before you arrive. Contact Asset Risk to get the form.
- A complimentary LiveScan charge is included if it is not provided by your employer.

- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM every other week (last drug screen 1:00 PM; call to confirm)
